| Ryan, I'm not intending this as a personal attack, nor do I mean to rub salt in an open wound. I'd probably be furious if this happened too. What you're glossing over in this whole chain of events is the fact that you caused the damage. If you would have simply left the cement there until you could have found a hose, it is likely that NO damage would have occured. Believe me, if I was in your shoes, I'd expect some compensation as well. If this happened to go to court, however, I don't see you having a strong case. Kudos to the manager for stepping up to the plate, but I'm not sure you're entitled to anything here.
